Whats the difference between the mobile app and the web version SmartHub?
Our mobile apps are native applications that can be downloaded and installed on your compatible mobile device; smartphone or tablet. The web version is internet accessible from any web-enabled device. Both the apps and web version give you secure access to maintain your account information, view your bills, see payment history, make payments on one or more of your accounts, set up recurring payments and report outages.
Is my mobile device supported?
Our apps are supported on IOS and Android devices, including tables and smartphones.
Do I have to buy the app?
No. The SmartHub app is free to download and install.
Do I have to change the way I pay my bill in order to use SmartHub?
No. You can take advantage of all the features of SmartHub and continue to pay your bill as you currently do.
I have two or more accounts. Can I link all of the accounts together in SmartHub?
Yes. You will need to register each account separately using the same username and password for each. Once all accounts have been registered, they will appear together. Please be sure to log-out after you've registered the last account. Log back in and all accounts should appear. Call the office at 1-800-232-7697 if you need assistance.
