Having up-to-date contact information is extremely important. Ensuring your contact info is correct makes sure Carroll Electric can keep you informed of important information relevant to you, your power, and your community.
The quickest and easiest way to update your contact info is by completing the form below or in SmartHub by clicking the My Profile/My Information tab. Beyond storing your contact information, SmartHub offers members like you dozens of other handy tools, like billing and payment history and usage charts where you can map your electricity usage. With SmartHub, members can also easily pay their bill and report an outage.
By updating your contact information and hitting the submit button, you are asking the cooperative to update your account contact information and to communicate with you about cooperative information and programs. We do not, and will never, share your information or offer it to any third party outside of the cooperative.
