Having up-to-date contact information is extremely important. Ensuring your contact info is correct and accurate makes sure you are aware of important information relevant to you, your power, and your community.
The quickest and easiest way to update your contact info is through SmartHub under the My Profile/My Information tab. Beyond just being able to update your information, SmartHub has a wealth of other tools, including the Usage Explorer tool where you can map your electricity usage. You can also report outages, register for automatic bill pay, and make one-time online payments through SmartHub.
By updating your contact information and hitting the submit button, you are asking the cooperative to update your account's contact information and to communicate with you about cooperative information and programs. We do not, and will never, sell your information or offer it to any party outside of the cooperative.
