Todd Brown, District 7

Todd Brown has been a self-employed farmer for 45 years, currently raising beef cattle, corn, soybeans, wheat and hay. He and his wife, Jennifer, own and operate Jenn’s Custom Meat Processing LLC on Johnstown Road, Mineral City.

Brown has been a member of the Schoenbrunn Valley Barbershop Chorus for the last 45 years, a trustee for Fairfield Township for the last nine years, and is a Life Member of the National Rifle Association.  He attends Bisel Community Church.

Brown has been a Carroll Electric member since 1989, and has his Credential Cooperative Director Certificate.

What challenges are facing the co-op in the near future? 

Brown believes the role of a trustee is to do what is right for the co-op as a whole. Brown believes that the biggest challenge for Carroll Electric is to keep electricity affordable while maintaining and updating the electric grid.
