By signing this agreement, I consent and agree to participate in Carroll Electric's Appliance Rebate Program. I have read and understand the terms and requirements as specified in the EnergyStar Appliance Agreement. 
By signing this agreement, I consent and agree to participate in Carroll Electric's Level 2 EV Charger Rebate Program. I have read and understand the terms and requirements as specified in the Level 2 EV Charger Rebate Agreement.
