Ensure your Payment is Received
Carroll Electric does not offer satellite pay stations.
Paying your electric bill at another establishment is gambling with your own money. Please pay your bill through the authorized payment methods below to ensure that we receive your payment.
Pay by Computer
To pay from your computer, simply create a SmartHub account. Follow the instructions to create, or login to, an account. Set up an automatic payment from your checking or savings account, or pay using a Visa, Mastercard or Discover. Register for SmartHub by clicking this link, then select the underlined text in the second bullet point under the Sign In button: "Don't have an account? Register now." Once registered, open the Bill & Pay tab and select Auto Pay Program to enroll either your checking or savings account or credit or debit card.
If you have more than one account, you must sign-out from the account you registered and complete the registration steps listed above for your second account. When you register with the same email account, SmartHub will ask if you wish to link the two accounts. Select "Confirm," type in your password, and the two accounts will now appear together on the same SmartHub account.
Pay by Mobile Device
To pay from your smartphone or tablet, you first must register your account with SmartHub by following the steps above. Once a SmartHub account is created, you can download the SmartHub app on your device or click here. Sign in using the credentials you established from the steps above. Once signed in, open the Bill & Pay tab and select Auto Pay Program to enroll either your checking or savings account or credit or debit card.
Pay by Phone
To pay by phone, please call 1-800-232-7697. The following forms of payment are accepted over the telephone: Checking, Visa, Mastercard or Discover.
Pay in Person
Visit Carroll Electric's office located at 350 Canton Road N.W., Carrollton. The office is open 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, except on certain holidays. Cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover payments are accepted.
Pay by Mail
When mailing in your payment, please use the envelope enclosed with your billing statement, and be sure to include the return portion of your bill. Please write your account number on checks. If you have misplaced the current bill, look for your account number on a prior month's statement. DO NOT STAPLE your check to your billing stub.

Automatic Bill Payment
Carroll Electric members may sign-up for automatic bill payment online through our SmartHub bill payment system and app, or you may download the automatic bill payment enrollment form and return it to Carroll Electric and we'll set it up for you. Fill out the online form or download and print a paper copy to fill out at your convenience.
