Carroll Electric has made significant investments to ensure our members have access to reliable, at-cost electricity. Since 2019, Carroll Electric has cleared trees and limbs from 1,445 miles of line through our Right of Way program to help mitigate outages. In 2023, members enjoyed power 99.9% of the time. In the event of a power outage, our members are kept informed of restoration efforts through real-time outage notifications from SmartHub and can keep an eye on outages with our outage map.

Being owned and driven by the communities we serve is a commitment Carroll Electric takes seriously. Each year, your co-op invests in youth scholarships and community activities to enrich the lives of our members. In addition, Carroll Electric gives members the opportunity to round their bills up to the nearest dollar through our People for People fund, which then disburses those funds to local groups and individuals in need.
